REFUSING TO LEAVE:

It was reported from the Holtville High School, that a local van vendor whom sells ice cream and such is parked across the campus, despite being told to be on his way, the vendor returned and refused, he was gone before an officer could arrive.
ARGUMENTS:
It was reported that a parent and their son/daughter were having a loud argument infront of the campus after school, the teenager is a student at the High School, though the matter was resolved, the caller was advised to call back should it happen again.
DRUGS IN PUBLIC:
It was reported that a couple of subjects unknown to the area were on the bleachers at the little league park doing drugs, though the type of drug was not specified, the couple was gone before an officer could make contact, the caller was advised of his options.
CAUTION WHEN USING 911:
It was reported that an 11 year old boy called and used 911 to get help from a couple of bullies whom were giving him trouble, an officer was dispatched and made contact, though the bullies were not in the area, the boy's mother was advised of proper use of the 911 number.
LOOSE BOXER:
It was reported that a very irate brown boxer is loose in his front yard, the caller stated that if the police department or animal control did not handle the k-9, that the caller would, the dog ended up being retrieved by the neighbor, the neighbor was advised to keep it leashed.
LET ME IN!:
It was reported that a female subject came knocking at the caller's door, the caller stated that he didn’t know the woman but that she kept stating that she was being followed by two men, the young woman fled the area, no signs of trouble followed after, the caller was advised of his options.
COULD BE DANGEROUS:
It was reported that a brown small snake was seen by a canal near by the caller's home, the caller stated that it looked dangerous, though there are several small snakes that are quite venomous, concern was alarmed, the caller was advised to contact animal control.
CAUSING PROBLEMS:
It was reported, that the caller’s 16 year old daughter is causing problems at the residence, the young woman was having a fist fight with one of her sisters, the young woman was counseled.
SIBLING DEBATES:
It was reported that a brother and sister couple were out on their lawn arguing over a few personal matters, the caller was concerned because it did seem to be escalating, the two were counseled and separated for the evening.
POOR POOCH:
It was reported that a dog was struck by an unknown vehicle though traffic was controlled by civilians at the time, the stop sign lady stated that she would look over the animal, the subject whom ran over the dog was not found.
VANDALISM:
It was reported from Holtville High School, that a window was broken on campus, the caller stated that there was no subject seen at the site, nor was the time of the crime known, a report was taken of the incident, the caller was advised of his options.

JUST RESTING:

It was reported that a male subject was found to be “resting” in the street, the subject was laying down on the sidewalk in front of the caller’s home, though he was checked up on, an officer arrived and sent the man on his way after being counseled, the caller was advised to call back should he return.
TORN FENCE:
It was reported that someone has vandalized the caller’s chain link fence, the caller stated that the fence has been torn, though it is most likely that a pair of wire cutters were used, the hole was big enough for an adult male to fit thru, the caller was advised of her options,

BLACK SPRAY PAINT:

It was reported that a caller had just painted the back fence and already, an unknown subject has vandalized it with black spray paint, the caller was contacted, the vandalized section was documented and will be removed.
CANE AND BOTTLE:
It was reported that a male homeless subject is refusing to leave the area and is continuing to loiter around, the subject did have a bottle of booze and a cane in hand, he seemed to be violent and scared the caller a bit, an officer arrived on the scene and sent him on his way.
BROKEN WINDOW:
It was reported that an unknown subject has just broken the caller’s bedroom window, it is unknown if it was an attempt for a burglary or just plain vandalism, a report was taken, no subjects were found in the area, the caller was advised of his options.

LOUD MUSIC:

It was reported that a caller is being kept up by loud music, courtesy of his neighbor, the caller stated that its been going on for a few hours and the caller has to get up early, the neighbors were contacted and they complied to keeping it down.
SIBLINGS WILL BE SIBLINGS:
It was reported that a male and female sibling couple were arguing in plain view of the public which quickly escalated into a pushing and shoving fight, both were counseled and asked to separate, from which they did.
RECKLESS DRIVING:
It was reported that a there is an older model car with 3 males inside, the vehicle was seen driving on the wrong side of the road, along with speeding , the vehicle was not found, the caller was advised to keep a look out should they be spotted.

FULL BLOWN ARGUMENT:

It was reported that a couple is inside a home arguing, throwing things around the home and being very aggressive, though the police have separated them, the caller remains weary that they may start again as they have before
JUST WANT PEACE:
It was reported that a few subjects in a brown truck are playing loud music and drinking while parked in front of someone’s home, the group refuses to leave, and are dumping their cans on the street, they were not found.
NO CARE:
It was reported that a subject is walking around with no care for traffic, signs or people’s front lawns, the man does seem to be under the influence of alcohol, the man was last seen trying to make his way into the carnival.

TRESPASSING:

It was reported, that a drunk subject was yelling and cussing at the caller, the man refused to leave and started to become violent, he was escorted off the property and advised that he is trespassing, the subject left without confrontation.
KNOWN FOR VIOLENCE:
It was reported that a couple are arguing, the couple has been known to have serious almost physical fights in the past, when contacted, the argument turned out to be about the male half not taking her to Mexicali, they were both counseled.
SKIRMISH:
It was reported that a caller’s step dad and her neighbor have gotten into a small skirmish where one of them ended up pushing the other one into a pole hard, both subjects were under the influence and both subjects were all right.

DOG BARKIN’:

It was reported that a few dogs were barking in the area. The caller stated that they usually bark when someone is around, especially if their snooping. He also added that there has been a history of theft in the area lately. The area was checked but no one was found outside and the caller was advised.
GRAND THEFT PAPERS:
It was reported that an unknown male broke into the caller vehicle by smashing a window. The robber ran off with the stereos bass speakers and a handful of papers. A report was taken but the property value was not given.

BUSY DAY:

It was reported that a male subject was bothering the clerk. The clerk did state that he was being accused of being too slow with service. The subject sped off in a white van. The caller was advised of his options.
STOLEN BIKE:
It was reported that the caller’s son’s bike was stolen. The bike was described as a boy’s Huffy mountain bike with red and chrome as its colors. The bike also had pegs on both the front and back wheels. The estimated cost was around $150 dollars. A report was taken.
FIGHT TIME:
It was reported that two male subjects have been spotted having a physical fight with each other. Neither of the subjects appeared severely injured and it was unknown if either individuals were under the influence.

EX-BOYFRIEND TROUBLES:

It was reported that the caller’s ex is driving by her home at random times during the day. The caller then stated that he would park his brown F-150 on the caller’s front lawn and stay there for a few minutes. The caller was advised to obtain a restraining order.
RECKLESSLY:
It was reported that a male subject is driving recklessly up and down the street. The subject was driving in a purple pick-up truck. The subject was not caught but the caller was advised to call back should he return.

MOM AND DAUGHTER:

It was reported that a mother and daughter pair were arguing. The 15-year old daughter was pushed by her mother after “taking so much.” The young woman then locked herself in her room. Both parties were counseled.
BREAKING THINGS:
It was reported that the caller’s 45-year old husband is breaking things around the residence. The caller did state that he was angry with her over some financial problems. Both were contacted and counseled.

NOT ALLOWED:

It was reported that a couple of 10-year old males were on a motorcycle driving around the sidewalk and the road. Though his sister supervised him, they were both advised and asked to put the motorcycle away. Their parents were counseled.
CAR BLUES:
It was reported that the caller’s vehicle has been vandalized. Upon inspection, it was found that the passenger side rear window was smashed through. Nothing was missing and a report was taken of this incident.
DOGS ON THE LOOSE:
It was reported that three dogs are running loose in the neighborhood. They do appear to be vicious as they walk “as if they owned the place.” The caller also noticed that they wore collars. Neither the owners nor the dogs were found.

RIDING SPINNERS:

It was reported that an unknown subject had stolen a set of expensive tires and rims. The 17-inch set included customized rims with tires, a value worth up to $3,000.00 dollars. The caller was advised of his options and a report was taken of the incident.
VANDALISM TO THE DESERT:
It was reported that someone has vandalized the caller’s light blue Yukon. The door handle was torn off sometime during the night. The caller did not know who may have done it. A report was taken and the caller was advised on how to handle the situation.
TRASH DIGGING AT NIGHT:
It was reported that a subject is in the alley, with a flashlight, looking through the garbage. The caller is uncomfortable with this subject and believes he is scoping out the area for a more serious crime. The subject was gone before an officer arrived and the caller was advised to call back should he return.

DIRT AND CLIPPINGS:

It was reported that the caller’s neighbor is dumping dirt and clippings onto his front yard, which leaves the caller having to pay extra for cleaning it all up. The neighbors were contacted and the situation was resolved.

TARGET PRACTICE:

It was reported that a group of teenagers were playing soccer at the park when they decided to use the caller’s car for target practice. The young men were gone before an officer could arrive and the caller was advised of his options.
ROCK THROWING:
It was reported that a group of teenagers are throwing rocks at the caller’s building. Though the caller has scared them off before, they keep returning. The teenagers were gone before an officer could make contact and the caller was advised of his options.

DISTURBANCE:

It was reported that a group of subjects are disturbing the peace. The caller stated that they have been at it for awhile now, creating a lot of noise by yelling and listening to loud music. The group was gone before an officer could arrive and the caller was advised of his options.
SLEEPING ABOUT:
It was reported that a homeless male subject was sleeping right outside the front entrance of the locale. The staff asked him several times to leave but did not comply. The subject was gone before an officer could arrive and the staff were advised of their options and asked to call back should he return.
ON THE PROWL:
It was reported that there is a large German Shepherd in the area. The dog belongs to someone in the neighborhood who isn’t home at the moment. The caller is concerned that he may turn on someone in the street. Animal control was contacted and the situation was handled.

VICIOUS LOOKING:

It was reported that a large brown dog is loose in the area. This dog does appear to be vicious, though no one is in the area where the dog is currently sniffing around. Animal control was contacted and the situation was handled.
OUT BUDDY:
It was reported that an unwanted subject is in the residence. The caller has asked him several times to leave but he refuses. An officer arrived on the scene and had him leave without incident. The caller was advised to obtain a restraining order.
SLASHING RUBBER:
It was reported that someone has vandalized the caller’s vehicle sometime last night. When inspected, it was found that the front passenger tire was slashed open. The estimated cost was $100.00 dollars. The caller does not have an idea who could have done this and a report was taken.
