The Holtville Tribune and the I.V. Weekly-Chronicle are adjudicated by the State of California to publish legal notices in Imperial County. Anyone from any city in Imperial County can publish legal notices in either of our papers. FICTITIOUS BUSINESS NAMES: A copy of the FBN form that has been filed with Imperial County Clerk/Recorder’s Office, 940 West Main St. Ste. 200, El Centro, Ca. 92243 Phone: (760) 482-4272. Fictitious Business Names are published four times in the designated newspaper and then affidavits of publication are mailed to the applicants address. In order to publish a Fictitious Business Name Statement, our newspapers are required to receive a copy of the original form filed with the County Clerk-Recorder. The seals and stamps applied by Clerk-Recorder’s office must be visible on the copy.
